The surge tank utilizes a 30 cu. ft. surge tank with a live bottom. The live bottom has 4 paddle conveyors that keep the material moving , thus eliminating bridging that occurs with light or fluffy materials. A variable frequency drive controls the discharge into the pellet mill. A shur-flo pump is used for the inclusion of liquid additives.
Comes in several sizes, including: 10 Cubic Foot, 30 CF, 45 CF, and 60 CF.
