Crop residues and waste stream materials can be pelletized at capacities ranging from 500 lbs per hour to 2 tons per hour at a fraction of the cost of competing ring die pellet mills. The turn key system utilizes a small footprint, lower energy requirements, and less manpower than competing large scale systems.
Plants are available in the following configurations; Single, Dual, Quad, and Dual-Quad PM1230 Densification Systems.
