The Xiom Plastic Coating System is truly a one-of-a-kind solution for small or large businesses that require permanent protection for their parts or surfaces.

The Xiom System is portable and can be used anywhere compressed air is available. It works by mixing propane (a regular barbeque tank suffices as a source), oxygen (from any size of cylinder), and compressed air to provide a perfect flame. This flame heats up the specially designed plastic coatings to their melting point and ejects them onto the surface that needs to be plastic coated. The melted plastic chemically bonds to the surface and hardens and cures immediately.

All of the components for the Xiom System are long-life, meaning that under normal operating conditions, there is virtually no need to replace any parts or components.

And best of all...the coatings cure INSTANTLY! There is no waiting time, no dripping, no hanging parts to dry!

There are two major components to the Xiom system:

The console - controls the pressures and flow of each of the three gases and also controls the flow and pressure of the coating material delivery.

The gun - diffuses the gases to form a proper flame and allows the user to stop or start the coating process. Has interchangeable tips that allows various spray patterns

Coatings

Xiom coatings are purchased through Buskirk Engineering and shipped in a powdered form in barrels, pails, or bags (depending on volume). Only Xiom coatings can be used with the Xiom System.
